Here at Dialogue is it our goal to extend and enhance YOUR natural functionality and quality of life, whatever your health and fitness goals. We believe that optimal human function is attained by addressing and improving upon your physical, mental and emotional domains. We do this by emphasising and providing progressive expert coaching, training and education to accomodate for all members from all training backgrounds.

We have created a positive, motivational and beautiful environment at Dialogue, where you should feel welcome and, most importantly, enjoy smashing your goals, dreams and aspirations. We are fundamentally a fitness facility promoting CrossFit’s methodology of constantly varied, functional movement, performed at high intensity, however, we provide our own fresh twist on previous training and social norms. We believe in self optimisation through an enhanced level of self awareness, generalised lifelong happiness and ultimately living, breathing and moving through life with intention! If this is what you want to achieve, then Dialogue is the place for you!

At Dialogue we live and train by nine core principles which we strongly believe in;

  • Keep striving for more. Good is never enough, you can always be better.
  • Live with intention. Lifestyle habits are created, they’re not innate. Stay goal oriented and remember what drives you forward.
  • Be different, be quirky, be your natural self. Be whoever the fuck you want to be.
  • No excuses. You can either see obstacles or opportunities, not both.
  • Be WOW. Consistently excel and do the unexpected.
  • Display initiative. Don’t wait. 3,2,1 GO.
  • Never complain. Your response is always within your control.
  • Have a growth attitude. Where you are now should never be the end goal.
  • Enjoy life and dream. Share your goals, accomplish them and celebrate milestones.

At Dialogue, workouts are based on functional movements that are constantly varied and executed at high intensity; all essential for substantial gains in fitness and health. The movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, strength training, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life, and are ideal for maximising the amount of results achieved in the shortest time. While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest, Dialogue’s programming is designed for all levels of fitness, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program.
