During our 1hour Fundamentals session the Dialogue team will get familiar with your goals and why you have decided to come in!
You will gain a broad understanding of how CrossFit works, what it is and why we love it! You will develop the confidence, comfortability and keenness to join straight into classes! You will learn every movement and movement standard you need to safely and effectively train! Get keen! We will cover;
- body weight and floor exercises
- gymnastics and rig movements
- olympic lifts and barbell training
All of the rest comes with regular attendance and familiarity.
