CrossFit classes run for 1hour and include warmup, workout and recovery. Workouts are based on functional movements that are constantly varied and executed at high intensity; all essential for substantial gains in fitness and health. The movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, strength training, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life, and are ideal for maximising the amount of results achieved in the shortest time. While CrossFit challenges the world’s fittest, Dialogue’s programming is designed for all levels of fitness, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change the program. To get you started, click the link below for our initial 1-1 fundamentals session where you will learn the Dialogue movement standards; allowing you to join into classes confidently, effectively and safely. Open Gym

Open gym is available for Dialogue members to catch up on a missed class or do some extra training! Open gym is also a membership option, and is available while classes are running:

  • MON-FRI 5am – 10.30am & 3pm – 7pm
  • SATURDAY 7am-9am
