CrossFit

At Dialogue, workouts are based on functional movements that are constantly varied and executed at high intensity; all essential for substantial gains in fitness and health. The movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, strength training, rowing and more. These are the core movements of life, and are ideal for maximising the amount of results achieved in the shortest time. While CrossFit challenges the world's fittest, Dialogue's programming is designed for all levels of fitness, regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don't change the program.

Personal Training

Personal 1-1 training. Individually tailored for you to reach your goals faster.

CrossFit Kids

Dialogue FitKids/Kidlets and Teens is the complete CrossFit program, geared and designed for children and teenagers and the specific developmental needs of those age groups. Our program is broad, general, and inclusive. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play specialised sports. They will learn to do all these things with a focus on good movement mechanics and good fun. With a world dominated by technology with the ability to cause positive and negative reactions, We aim to create a positive and fully inclusive environment for our little humans a couple of times a week, that teaches them how to interact with their peers, their elders and their own minds.

Weightlifting

Weightlifting classes are available at no cost for Dialogue Unlimited members. Classes run Tue/Thurs at 5.30pm and are a designated 60minute class for critiquing and training your already strong foundation of Olympic lifting, aiming to get you stronger, faster, more explosive, and continually perfect your skills. Focus will be toward the two basic lifts; the snatch and the clean & jerk; to bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance.

Gymnastics

Gymnastics classes are available at no cost for Dialogue Unlimited members. Classes run Wednesday afternoon at 5.30pm. Every week a different CrossFit specific gymnastic skill will be taught, with the aims to improve and practice - not to master initially. Focus will be on body weight gymnastics involving rings, floor and rig, including muscle ups, handstands and pull-ups. Improving your gymnastics will play a significant role in your strength, flexibility and balance, therefore, you're ability to better train and grow within your fitness goals!
